Creative work moves from brand and product references through generated media, a review queue and a one-click approval email. Approved, scheduled posts then publish to Facebook and Instagram. Joshua designed and directed the system; Brady Stick built it.
Why this work matters
AI can help make enough creative for a daily publishing cadence, while product references and human approval protect accuracy. Approved posts move into the schedule, and their status remains visible inside the related campaign in Engine Room.
A closer look03 parts
01 / The pipeline
One path from asset to channel.
The creative engine draws on product references and brand playbooks, stores media in ImageKit and queues posts in a Supabase-backed workflow. A signed approval link holds each piece for human review; a scheduled job publishes approved posts through the Meta Graph API.
02 / Editorial guardrails
Two brands need two behaviors.
Billiard Factory can use lifestyle and creator-style formats. C.L. Bailey follows a quieter, dealer-focused editorial voice. Product references and claim checks guide each draft; a person reviews the final image and copy before approval because generation can still miss product details.
03 / Its place in the funnel
Publishing brings people to the story.
Content Factory handles the creative and publishing stage. Billiard Factory’s landing pages take the next step; on pages with GoHighLevel capture, an inquiry reaches the CRM where the sales team can continue the conversation.
