The workGuidelines Engine
Eleven modules, one working reference.
The system ties brand foundation and visual identity to editorial rules, photography, co-branding, dealer applications and AI use. It mirrors the live C.L. Bailey site’s design tokens and includes English and Spanish voice rules for a network serving both audiences.
Why this work matters
Dealers and vendors need a usable standard, not just a logo file. The eleven modules make co-branding, bilingual copy and product-image rules available wherever the brand is presented, including AI-generated work.
A closer look03 parts
01 / From site to system
The live identity sets the rules.
The bible’s palette and typography are mapped to the C.L. Bailey site. It specifies when the heritage green appears, how the mark is protected and how photography should show real product construction, rather than leaving those choices to each dealer or vendor.
02 / Dealer use
Consistency across many hands.
Co-branding, pricing language, calls to action and asset naming are written as practical guardrails. The portal presents the modules and interactive color swatches; the longer specification preserves the detailed decisions behind them.
03 / AI with rules
Generated work still needs product truth.
The photography and AI modules distinguish lifestyle exploration from proof surfaces such as product studies and workshop imagery. They require real-product references and human review before generated imagery can represent the brand.
