Art Science and R+R=NOW release films

The workR+R=NOW / Film frame

A camera role from start to finish.

I directed, shot and edited the release film for the Robert Glasper Experiment’s Art Science and the record-release-and-tour film for R+R=NOW. Both are public films with those roles credited in their titles, and they mark a film-making chapter within my longer work with Glasper.

Why this work matters

A short release film can translate the sound and energy of a record into something audiences and promoters can share. I carried direction, camera and edit through both pieces, giving each project a coherent visual introduction.

A closer look02 parts
01 / Art Science

The Robert Glasper Experiment.

The Art Science piece is a concise release film for the Experiment. My role covered direction, camera and edit, covering the full path from what to shoot to what the final sequence communicates.

02 / R+R=NOW

A release built to move.

The R+R=NOW film connects a record release and tour in one short piece. I again directed, shot and edited, carrying the live energy of the project into its public announcement.
