I architected a unified product data engine that connects their ERP to Shopify Plus through n8n automation workflows. Every SKU — pricing, inventory levels, specifications, and imagery — now syncs in real-time across all channels. I built a cross-channel revenue attribution model that tracks customer journeys from first touch through purchase, regardless of whether the sale closes online or in-showroom. The operations team went from 15+ hours of manual reconciliation per week to near-zero. The unified data layer also enabled demand-signal forecasting — the system now identifies which products are trending before they sell out, enabling proactive inventory decisions instead of reactive restocking.
